WASHINGTON / REUSABLE MOVING BOX RENTALS
Good boxes. Hello, Seattle.
Pack for the way your Seattle home works.
From Capitol Hill and Queen Anne to Ballard and West Seattle, your move may already involve stairs, tight entrances and plenty of coordination. HiveBoxx takes cardboard-box assembly out of the packing plan with reusable bins delivered for your rental and collected at scheduled pickup. Choose quantities that suit your belongings and keep loads manageable for your carrying route. An individually rented dolly is optional where access suits it. Check both addresses online, select dates with unpacking time and review separate delivery and pickup fees before paying.
Coordinate street-space permission, truck access and the current route before boxes leave the building.

Reserve curb space through SDOT
Seattle's Temporary No Parking process can provide curb space for moving vans, with different steps for paid and unpaid spaces. SDOT also describes the truck authorization needed to use the restricted area. We recommend reviewing the process early, including signs and notices, rather than assuming cones or a resident parking permit reserve the space.
Seattle has a Downtown Traffic Control Zone with specific permit and operating-time rules for vehicles 30 feet or longer. Before booking a large moving truck for a downtown address, ask the mover to verify the vehicle and route with SDOT's current guidance. We recommend matching any building appointment to the truck's permitted arrival window.
Seattle's Travelers Map is an official resource for traffic conditions, cameras and travel impacts. We recommend checking the route shortly before departure, especially when a move depends on a bridge or a busy event-area approach. Give the driver the loading-door location and a building contact so a changed route can be coordinated before arrival.
Local resources checked October 2026. Follow current signs, permit conditions and property rules. A city listing does not confirm exact-address coverage, local inventory or delivery dates. Choose your quantities and dates, enter both addresses and review your complete price before paying.
DELIVERY + COLLECTION
Two legs. One clear policy.
Both addresses must be within 75 road miles of the assigned warehouse, checked separately using exact road distance. Billing rounding never expands eligibility. Service and dates still need confirmation.
Delivery and pickup are quoted separately. Each trip carries up to 150 items; Large bins, XL bins and dollies each count as one item. Larger orders use additional trips. Each trip has a base fee of $25 for 1–30 items, $30 for 31–75 items or $35 for 76–150 items, covering the first 15 one-way road miles from the serving location. Billing distance is rounded down to 0.1 mile; only miles beyond 15 are charged at $2 per mile for each trip. Every required trip has its applicable base fee, including additional service trips and agreed customer-caused failed-pickup trips. Selected access charges apply per trip and are included in your Delivery Fee or Pickup Fee. Each address must be within 75 exact road miles of its assigned serving location; rounding never expands eligibility. Review your complete price and applicable tax before paying.
MAKE IT YOURS
A solid start. A few useful extras.
Start with a quantity guide or choose your own mix of individually rented Large bins, XL bins and dollies. Adjust the quantities to suit your belongings; dollies are optional and priced separately.
Starting counts are guidance, not a guarantee that everything will fit. Review your rental, Delivery Fee, Pickup Fee and applicable tax before payment.
