Reusable moving boxes for your West University Place move.
A West University Place move starts with the exact property and the space around it. Check the city boundary, confirm how the vehicle can stop and walk the sidewalk-to-door route before choosing where bins will wait. The city's temporary no-parking sign process has a narrow construction purpose, so ask about your actual moving plan rather than assuming a form will reserve the curb. Coordinate helper parking separately from unloading.
Use city resources to ask precise address questions, then confirm the physical route at the property.

Confirm the city behind the address
Use the City Map before treating a West U-area address as being in West University Place. Its official map page lists Bissonnet, Community, Holcombe/Bellaire and Kirby as boundary streets; check the detailed map and ask city staff about an edge-of-city property. Share the exact address and approved entrance with your mover, especially if the planned approach crosses into a neighboring jurisdiction before reaching the unloading point.
West University's parking page limits its temporary no-parking sign program to new-home construction sites, with signs placed directly opposite the site. Do not assume that request form reserves space for a routine household move. If your plan needs room on the public street, describe the vehicle, address and timing to the Police Department first. Arrange an alternative with the property owner before promising the driver an exclusive stopping place.
The city's sidewalk repair page links to a GIS map and says residents are notified before work starts nearby. Check for notices at your address and confirm any current repair area with Public Works. Before moving bins, walk the curb-to-door route for uneven panels, temporary surfaces and steps. Arrange a usable private staging point without covering the sidewalk or sending helpers through a work area.

DELIVERY + COLLECTION
Two legs.One clear policy.
Both addresses must be within 75 road miles of the assigned warehouse, checked separately using exact road distance. Billing rounding never expands eligibility. Enter your addresses and dates to check service eligibility before paying.
Delivery and pickup are quoted separately. Each trip carries up to 150 items; Large bins, XL bins and dollies each count as one item. Larger orders use additional trips. Each trip has a base fee of $25 for 1–30 items, $30 for 31–75 items or $35 for 76–150 items, covering the first 15 one-way road miles from the serving location. Billing distance is rounded down to 0.1 mile; only miles beyond 15 are charged at $2 per mile for each trip. Every required trip has its applicable base fee, including additional service trips and agreed customer-caused failed-pickup trips. Selected access charges apply per trip and are included in your Delivery Fee or Pickup Fee. Each address must be within 75 exact road miles of its assigned serving location; rounding never expands eligibility. Review your complete price and applicable tax before paying.
MAKE IT YOURS
Pack for the doorway and the return trip
Measure gates, doorways and tight turns before staging Large bins and optional XL bins. Keep a first-night group close to the entrance without narrowing the shared path. If you select dollies separately, check the route for steps and uneven pavement, and use the same access notes when planning where emptied bins will wait.
