Customer service us super responsive, and communication with both them and the pickup/delivery person is easy. We needed a few more days with the boxes, and it was handled quickly, and easily. The boxes themselves are clean, and solid, and much better than a cardboard box. As a bonus, the box's being temporary also help you unpack & because they are solid/rigid, our Seattle movers moved them really quickly (stacked on dollys), saving time there too.

These sturdy boxes are delivered to your door. You get a week to pack and move and then they get picked up from your new place. Great for the envoirnment and more cost-effective than cardboard boxes and the other packing material you need for those. Seattle is lucky to have this option for moving.
