WASHINGTON / REUSABLE MOVING BOX RENTALS

Good boxes.Hello, Marysville.

Put your Marysville packing plan in order.

Moving around Sunnyside, Cedarcrest or Downtown Marysville? HiveBoxx offers an alternative to another cardboard-box shopping run along State Avenue: reusable bins delivered for your rental. Choose quantities for the belongings you need to pack, skip box assembly and leave time to unpack before scheduled pickup. An individually rented dolly is available as an option rather than a required extra. Enter both exact addresses to check service eligibility, then review the rental and separate delivery and pickup fees before paying online.

LOCAL MOVING NOTES

Choose the right Marysville approach

Plan the highway exit, verify your northern route, and settle the loading footprint before assigning a realistic moving day window.

01

Refresh the southern approach

WSDOT lists the northbound I-5 off-ramp to SR 529 and the SR 529 on-ramp to southbound I-5 as open, along with the interchange’s roundabout. If your move approaches Marysville from Everett or Seattle, ask the driver to compare that connection with the route to your exact entrance. Share a current location pin rather than an old set of exit instructions. Check traffic again before departure; a completed improvement does not establish today’s lane availability or promise an arrival time.

02

Keep proposed northern exits out of your directions

WSDOT describes its 156th Street NE interchange project as planning work, with no construction at this stage. The project page identifies I-5/SR 531 at 172nd Street NE as the main access point for north Marysville and Smokey Point. If your new address is in that part of the area, have the mover verify the available exit and final street sequence. Do not turn a proposed interchange shown in a planning document into delivery directions. Compare the truck’s approach with the entrance you can actually use.

03

Define the loading footprint before asking the city

Marysville’s Engineering Services handles right-of-way permits and transportation matters. Start with a sketch showing the vehicle, ramp or liftgate, staging area, and the walking path past your property. If any part extends beyond private property, ask the city which rules or approvals apply to that exact location and activity. Separately, check building or association arrangements with the person managing your move. A wide driveway or open curb is useful only after the driver confirms clearance, safe access, and enough working room.

DELIVERY + COLLECTION

Two legs.One clear policy.

Both addresses must be within 75 road miles of the assigned warehouse, checked separately using exact road distance. Billing rounding never expands eligibility. Service and dates still need confirmation.

How distance charges work

15

miles covered by each trip’s base fee

$2

USD / mile beyond the first 15, per trip

Delivery and pickup are quoted separately. Each trip carries up to 150 items; Large bins, XL bins and dollies each count as one item. Larger orders use additional trips. Each trip has a base fee of $25 for 1–30 items, $30 for 31–75 items or $35 for 76–150 items, covering the first 15 one-way road miles from the serving location. Billing distance is rounded down to 0.1 mile; only miles beyond 15 are charged at $2 per mile for each trip. Every required trip has its applicable base fee, including additional service trips and agreed customer-caused failed-pickup trips. Selected access charges apply per trip and are included in your Delivery Fee or Pickup Fee. Each address must be within 75 exact road miles of its assigned serving location; rounding never expands eligibility. Review your complete price and applicable tax before paying.

MAKE IT YOURS

Pack for a longer carry than you expect

Group boxes by the room they will enter, then mark two visible sides. Keep a separate arrival kit with door keys, chargers, towels, and basic cleaning supplies. If the planned loading spot changes, smaller manageable loads are easier to carry farther. Photograph the empty staging area and keep doorways clear so the unloading order can change without unpacking everything outside. Start with Large bins; optional XL bins and separately selected dollies should suit the path you have checked.

Build your order

Starting counts are guidance, not a guarantee that everything will fit. Review your rental, Delivery Fee, Pickup Fee and applicable tax before payment.
