HiveBoxx delivers reusable moving bins to your door. You pack and move your belongings, then we collect the empty bins. Choose delivery and pickup dates rather than appointment time slots. On the service day, you receive tracking and a driver call with a 30–45 minute arrival estimate.

Yes, if both addresses are eligible. HiveBoxx serves the Seattle, Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio markets. Delivery and pickup are checked separately: each address must be within 75 road miles of the assigned serving warehouse. A city listing alone does not confirm service for your addresses and dates.

Seattle deliveries and pickups run Monday–Saturday; Houston runs daily. Austin, Dallas and San Antonio are closed on Sundays for delivery and pickup. Request dates that fit your market, then wait for availability review. If your plans change, contact the Concierge Team as soon as possible. Changes and extensions need confirmation.

Plan to be present so the required forms can be signed. If you need another arrangement, contact the Concierge Team in advance.

Start with Large bins, then request any optional XL bins, dollies or packing supplies. XL bins can be rented individually at $8 each for the first week. Each extra has its own quantity and appears in your reviewed quote. Suggested bin counts are a starting point, not a guarantee that everything will fit. Ask the Concierge Team about extras that are not listed; availability and the full price are reviewed before an invoice is sent.

No assembly or packing tape is needed. The reusable plastic bins close securely and are water-resistant.

Pack one room at a time and label each bin with its destination room. Put heavier items at the bottom, fill gaps with lighter items or packing material, and keep each bin comfortable to lift.

The first 15 road miles of the original delivery and original pickup are included. Each original leg costs $2 per road mile beyond 15, billed in $0.20 steps for each additional tenth of a mile. Each leg’s billing distance is rounded down to one decimal place. Separately approved extra customer-requested legs cost $2 per road mile from mile 0, with no 15-mile allowance. Both addresses must individually be within 75 exact road miles of the assigned warehouse; billing rounding never expands eligibility. Exact distances and charges need review before payment. This preview does not calculate a payable quote.

Send a reservation request. Our team checks your exact addresses, dates, equipment availability and complete price, then sends a Stripe invoice. The price includes the rental period, extras, delivery and pickup distance charges, and applicable taxes. Your request is not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your payment. We then send your booking confirmation. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, we’ll issue a full refund.
