FROM PLANNING TO UNPACKING
The process, step by step.
You Plan
Choose your moving boxes and any extras, then send the Concierge Team your delivery address, pickup address and preferred dates for review.
The team reviews availability and the full price before the owner sends a Stripe invoice. Sending a request does not reserve equipment or dates.
We Deliver
Once your booking is confirmed, we deliver the reusable moving boxes to the agreed address. Scheduling is by date; you do not select a delivery time slot.
On the service day, you receive tracking and a driver call with a 30–45 minute arrival estimate.
You Move
Our plastic moving boxes are tough, water-resistant and close securely. No packing tape or assembly is needed.

We Collect
After you unpack, we collect the empty bins from the agreed pickup address. Delivery and pickup can be at different eligible addresses.
Seattle: Monday–Saturday. Houston: daily. Austin, Dallas and San Antonio: no Sunday delivery or pickup. Every requested date needs availability review.

Can I book from this page?
Send your details through Request a reservation, then review and send the email or text. We check availability and the complete price before sending a Stripe invoice. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your payment. We then send your booking confirmation.
How are delivery and pickup charges checked?
The first 15 road miles of each original delivery and pickup leg are included. Beyond that, each leg costs $2 per road mile. Both addresses must be within 75 road miles of the assigned warehouse. The team checks the distances and full price before sending an invoice.
Where can I explore packing supplies?
The Moving Essentials page introduces packing paper, bubble wrap, mattress covers and furniture covers. Ask the Concierge Team about quantities, sizes and availability; extras are reviewed with your request.
