Look beyond the I-90 exit
Issaquah's camera directory includes I-90 approaches and local intersections on Front Street, Gilman Boulevard, Newport Way and SR 900. We recommend reviewing the intersections on your actual route before leaving. For an Olde Town or Central Issaquah destination, send the driver the loading entrance and agreed stopping place along with the postal address.

Ask before occupying public space
Issaquah's permit resources include a right-of-way application process and submittal requirements. If your move would occupy or obstruct public space, ask the Permit Center which approval applies to that specific setup. We recommend keeping the routine unloading plan on approved property space and agreeing on indoor box staging with the building manager ahead of time.

Make a winter access check
During active snow events, Issaquah's Snow Route Status Map shows plowing or sanding progress; severe conditions can keep crews focused on priority routes. For a winter move, we recommend checking the city's weather resources and the property's driveway and walking route. Discuss a safe rescheduling option with your movers if access becomes unsuitable.
