Allow for short commercial loading windows
SAPark’s commercial loading zones have a 30-minute limit and vehicle-identification requirements. Ask your mover whether its vehicle qualifies through the required company markings or a commercial decal, and confirm the applicable rules with SAPark.

Separate unloading from truck storage
San Antonio restricts oversized-vehicle parking in residential areas and at certain signed locations. Its guidance includes an exception for active loading and unloading. Check how the rules apply to your truck before arrival, and arrange another suitable location for breaks or overnight storage. Keep the crew's active unloading plan distinct from simply leaving a large vehicle on the street.

Check downtown access close to departure
San Antonio's Public Works street-closure page links to current closure information and a downtown lane-closure report updated weekly. Review the blocks around your loading entrance as well as the main route. Ask the property manager about any changed garage or service access, then send the same final approach to the driver and everyone meeting the move.
