The Township explains that local roads are maintained by Montgomery or Harris County depending on the address. Major corridors including I-45, SH 242 and FM 1488 are managed by TxDOT. Use the Township's county-services guidance to identify the right contact if street access is unclear, rather than assuming the Township controls every road.

Before bringing a moving truck or trailer, review the standards that apply to your home and coordinate the unloading window with your property contact. Do not assume permission for a delivery also covers overnight vehicle storage.

Both addresses must be within 75 road miles of the assigned warehouse, checked separately using exact road distance. Billing rounding never expands eligibility. Service and dates still need confirmation.

The first 15 road miles of the original delivery and original pickup are included. Billing rounds each leg’s road distance down to one decimal place, then charges $2 per excess mile ($0.20 per excess tenth). Separately approved extra customer-requested legs cost $2 per road mile from mile 0, with no 15-mile allowance. Exact distances and charges need review before payment. This preview does not calculate routes or a payable quote.
