Check the South Cherry curb
Tomball's published ordinance prohibits parking, stopping and standing on the west side of South Cherry Street between FM 2920 and Market Street. For a nearby move, inspect the signs and agree on a different authorized loading location with the property contact. Do not plan to use that restricted block simply because the stop will be brief.

Read project status before rerouting
Tomball's capital-project page includes street and drainage work, with project stages and updates. Review the entries near your address, especially when your approach uses Main Street/FM 2920 or a neighborhood under improvement. Some listed projects are still in planning or design, so confirm actual access changes before moving day rather than assuming every listed corridor is closed.

Locate the property before sending directions
Tomball links to an interactive development map with zoning, land-development and utility information. Use the property location to orient your driver, then confirm which driveway or service entrance is suitable for the vehicle. Ask the city about any uncertain boundary or street-use issue, and arrange gates, indoor staging and a contact person directly with the property manager.
