Check the neighborhood after checking I-90
A clear freeway does not tell you whether the unloading spot is ready. North Bend identifies Bendigo Boulevard and North Bend Way as priority snow routes, with neighborhood collectors and side streets following. The city also explains that local roads may retain snow even when treated freeway lanes are bare. Ask someone at the property to check the driveway entrance, curb, and walking path before dispatch. Share photos with your mover and agree on a safe arrival or postponement plan if traction is poor.

Choose a dry staging area before boxes arrive
North Bend's flood guidance distinguishes rising rivers from groundwater flooding, which can leave water in low areas after extended rain. That makes the proposed box staging spot worth checking separately from the home's entrance. Ask the property manager or owner about recent ponding, the garage floor, and the path from truck to door. Choose dry indoor staging where possible, and keep essential belongings accessible. Use the city's flood information and property mapping resources for context; a general map does not establish conditions at your address.

Add a pass check only when the route crosses one
If your move crosses Snoqualmie Pass, build that segment into the day's planning rather than relying on the weather at the destination. WSDOT's Snoqualmie Pass page provides directional travel information and links to broader travel conditions. Check it close to departure and ask the mover how changing conditions affect the proposed truck route and arrival window. If your route does not cross the pass, focus on the roads it actually uses. Keep keys, chargers, and first-night supplies with you if arrival times separate.
